Synergy HomeCare of Chantilly is the best! Noorhan is truly caring and responsive to our needs. My husband, 10 yrs of Alzheimers, has the best care. We have enjoyed meeting and working with the very capable Aides and with Noorhan.
I live alone, so when I dislocated and fractured my right ankle—and subsequently had to remain completely non-weight-bearing following surgery—I felt utterly helpless. Then, I found Synergy Homecare online. The company was highly efficient; they began providing post-operative care the very next day. This care continued for six weeks, ensuring that I not only received nutritious meals but also allowed my injury to heal properly.
It was nice working with Synergy HomeCare. I had a complicated situation which they worked with. Only concern was the caregivers were unable to help my loved one get up when there were falls, other than that, everything was good.
Had a great experience with Synergy HomeCare as a care provider (booked through CorporateCare) and specifically Nyamal. Other services couldn’t staff my request, even with advanced notice but Synergy came through. Nyamal was fantastic. My child is usually nervous with new people but she was really gentle, went at my kid’s pace until they warmed up, and by the end my kid was happily bouncing and playing around with her and announcing her as MY friend. We were introduced to Synergy following a family member's hospital discharge to a skilled nursing facility. Following Dr. orders we engaged Synergy to provide 24 hour in-person monitoring until such time it was deemed no longer medically necessary. We do not regret our decision. Personally, I cannot say enough about Noorhan's and Hashim's care, sensitivity to the situation, and compassion.
