I have been really pleased with this home care agency. They have been caring for my husband very well. The lady's that come and help are very kind and helpful. We are pleased and would recommend this home care agency.

Although I had carefully explained to two different managers, my needs for certain scheduling. I was disappointed when it was time for them to come. The workers needed every detail explained. Even though I had been told they could do lighthouse work, when one chore was done they would go sit in the laundry room and play on their phone instead of asking what more could be done

When it comes to the care givers they provided it varied, some were very good and some were not so good. There were some aspects of the company we can rate well and other we cannot. Over the course of about 6 months, we had two care givers sleeping on the job, and one never show up. We were never notified as to why and never received and apology.
