The first word that comes to mind when I think about the care and support Synergy HomeCare provides for Mom is kindness. For the past three years Synergy has been providing reliable and compassionate care for Mom. She will turn 100 this August and is living with early stage Alzheimer's disease. If I could give 10 stars I would! This in home care provider experience easily surpassed the assisted living/ care facility we had initially used. Mom felt very comfortable at home with such a dedicated very caring and compassionate staff. Christy in particular went above and beyond all expectations - she put mom's needs ahead of any of her plans and was on the spot at a moments notice. I would highly recommend anyone with potential needs for in home care to reach out to the professionals at Synergy Homecare.

My husband, who has Alzheimer’s has a caregiver from Synergy come in every other week to spend time with him, so I can get out and do my errands… She is the perfect match for Jerry… Bless her heart she plays cribbage with him for about three hours. She also feeds him lunch and cleans up the kitchen afterward. I am very grateful to Synergy for matching the perfect caregiver for us. They’re easy to get a hold of and prompt with any responses. My caregivers are excellent. They are friendly and compassionate. I have been a client of several in home agencies and this is the best I have had. Synergy has issues similar to other agencies but they handle them better on the client's side.

I am fortunate to have Home Care through my insurance. Synergy has been such a great help to me. I am able to choose day & time, also who will be helping me. As a disabled senior citizen, I couldn't ask for anything more convenient.
