I am writing this review for a friend(Danny L.) who is elderly and not competent with computers the following is his words: They sent people that were not competent or well trained, I was supposed to have 7days a week care and they didn't have enough staffing for more than 3 days. They were also supposed to take me to doctors appointments but were so unorganized I missed two important doctors appointments that had been scheduled well in advance. The staff is very friendly. I am always informed if there are any changes and if I am okay with it. The caregivers are wonderful and caring. I would definitely recommend Synergy Homecare.
Unprofessional. Supposed to show up every day and so far have only shown up 33% of the time. No call when they weren't gonna show and the manager blamed it on the computer. Untrustworthy people
Best office staff; best caregivers!
