My partner went to apply for a position in this company and was told over the phone by Kate that she doesn’t care what his preferred name and pronouns were and that “we go by your legal name and sex.” Not cool at all.

I am writing this review for a friend(Danny L.) who is elderly and not competent with computers the following is his words: They sent people that were not competent or well trained, I was supposed to have 7days a week care and they didn't have enough staffing for more than 3 days. They were also supposed to take me to doctors appointments but were so unorganized I missed two important doctors appointments that had been scheduled well in advance. The staff is very friendly. I am always informed if there are any changes and if I am okay with it. The caregivers are wonderful and caring. I would definitely recommend Synergy Homecare.

Unprofessional. Supposed to show up every day and so far have only shown up 33% of the time. No call when they weren't gonna show and the manager blamed it on the computer. Untrustworthy people
