My dad has Dementia and Synergy Home Care was assigned. Yvonne is the Casemanager and she is wonderful. She keeps track of my dad’s visits and is always available to answer any questions I may have. Gladys is HHA and she’s very caring and my dad gets along with her very well. I’m very pleased with the care my dad has been receiving.

The aid they sent, ditched her disabled patient in a laundry room 200 feet from his apartment, apparently due to a language barrier. I had specifically asked the office person Randi for an aid that speaks decent English, having had problems communicating with some past aids. Randi could only answer with rude sarcasm, putting down where I'm from and hung up me. Hi Frank and everyone...Im just updating my unfortunate predicament...1) I managed to survive living on my own here in FL for 15 years. Im proud of myself. 2) If it comes to the worse case scenario I cannot talk freely to the people as I fight for my life to survive the car and streets. I will text randomly words like same, nothing new, and still trying. Hope everyone realizes my humility is at stake and as a 62 yr disabled the system appears to fail me.
