While it has been a few years since we received service from Synergy, I write this in hopes that their service has improved. Our family needed care for a disabled member - preparing meals and drinks 2x daily while I was traveling out of the area, Synergy signed a contract to provide said service. While out of town, I received a call from Synergy stating that they could not provide said service that evening and could I please have a family member come to my home and provide said care.
