Joe Galo, the owner, provides superb customer service. He and his agency are very quick to respond to requests for a caregiver, even off hours and on holidays. We've been using Synergy HomeCare of Glenview for about 9 months and have always been happy with their caregivers. The caregivers are on time, flexible when needed, and attentive to the "patient."

I talked to several different home health care companies and settled on Synergy for my mother's care. Joe and team have been very responsive to our needs and the caregivers have been excellent with mom. We've had good results working through moms care.

My husband has been using synergy home care for two months and we cannot say enough good things about the experience. They are flexible in providing care when needed and follow up to make sure we are happy with the service. Our caregiver Peter is wonderful. He gives over 100 percent. He is always upbeat and considerate. We highly recommend synergy home care.

The owner came out personally and answered all are questions. Made the whole process easy. Jessica are care giver is fantastic. Both my parent's have come to depend on her. She isn't just a caregiver but truly someone who wants to make a difference. Couldn't be happier. The office personnel are friendly and helpful. Synergy Health was incredibly helpful and reliable. The staff was great, caring, accommodating, and always willing to work with our flexible schedule and any changes that came up. They were quick to respond and truly cared about the client. We were really happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
