Joe and the staff at synergy were extremely helpful when my parents had a sudden change in health circumstances and needed in home help immediately. Joe was great at listening to our needs and finding kind and qualified caregivers. They were also great at helping us deal with insurance and other similar matters. They have made a difficult situation a lot better and help us all sleep better at night!

I talked to several different home health care companies and settled on Synergy for my mother's care. Joe and team have been very responsive to our needs and the caregivers have been excellent with mom. We've had good results working through moms care.

Joe Galo, the owner, provides superb customer service. He and his agency are very quick to respond to requests for a caregiver, even off hours and on holidays. We've been using Synergy HomeCare of Glenview for about 9 months and have always been happy with their caregivers. The caregivers are on time, flexible when needed, and attentive to the "patient."

Joe and his entire team have been a lifesaver for me when my mother began having health issues. I did not understand how difficult it would be managing my mother’s health but the caregivers stepped in with such kindness and compassion and provided the extra support we needed for her at home.
