I had a last minute request for childcare and Synergy HomeCare of Reno was able to fulfill my request. While it wasn’t clear to me on their website that they do childcare in addition to senior care, I was informed that they do. Kathleen came over and watched my 2 year old daughter for the day and Dylan had so much fun. They spend the majority of the day outside playing and exploring. After my hip replacement surgery, we found the need to have home care as my husband was getting out of the hospital the day before my surgery and was instructed that he could not be the primary caregiver for me because of his condition. Amanda went over and beyond for our 5 month old son! She was on time, very excited to care for our baby, very patient and has a good attitude. She gave us time to run errands, cook and do some home things while she watched our son. My son didn’t even cry with her !! She exercised tummy time for my boy! She was very soothing just a happy person. Just amazing overall I will definitely book again. This company communicates, answer there phone and if busy they will call you back! Wonderful experience thank you!

I had a pretty serious ski accident and was unable to walk. Nate and his team were unbelievably helpful in my recovery. They responded instantaneously paid a visit and had someone out there the minute I needed them. It was unbelievable. All the care providers were hard-working, clever, insightful, kind, and exactly what I needed in that moment! I highly recommend Synergy to anyone who is in an unfortunate position of inability to perform basic activities necessary in life
