We have care for my mother in law who has dementia. Ana cares for her 5 days a week. She’s absolutely wonderful, kind and goes above and beyond during her time with my mother in law. Nate and Amanda are amazing to work with and really care about their clients and their employees. We have had nothing but incredible care with Synergy. 100/100 would recommend to anyone needing assistance.

I had shoulder major surgery & was basically helpless. Synergy Home Care came to the rescue. Owner, Nathan Starr came to our house right after surgery & accessed our needs. We used someone 4 days a week, 4 hours a day. He sent an angel who got the ice for the game ready machine every morning, helped me get fitted for game ready, helped me shower, dry off,, get dressed, dealt w/ w bandage dressings, dried my hair, helped me get comfortable, made us smoothies everyday, fed my cats, changed their litter, played w/ cat, helped... read more

Nathan devised a unique solution to my dilemma... the need to travel out-of-state for a medical appointment. He found a caregiver willing to drive and agree to an overnight stay. Mission accomplished. Thank you Nathan and Rose.

I had a last minute request for childcare and Synergy HomeCare of Reno was able to fulfill my request. While it wasn’t clear to me on their website that they do childcare in addition to senior care, I was informed that they do. Kathleen came over and watched my 2 year old daughter for the day and Dylan had so much fun. They spend the majority of the day outside playing and exploring. their caretaker Kathleen is a gem. My child immediately trusted her and felt comfortable with her. Their services are uniquely great because they specialize in both childcare and elder care. so if you are the caretaker for both a child and an elderly family member, this place may be great for you!
