Their services are uniquely great because they specialize in both childcare and elder care. so if you are the caretaker for both a child and an elderly family member, this place may be great for you!

I had a last minute request for childcare and Synergy HomeCare of Reno was able to fulfill my request. While it wasn’t clear to me on their website that they do childcare in addition to senior care, I was informed that they do. Kathleen came over and watched my 2 year old daughter for the day and Dylan had so much fun. They spend the majority of the day outside playing and exploring. This is really a great company to work for. Management gives great communication and you get plenty of training as well. After my hip replacement surgery, we found the need to have home care as my husband was getting out of the hospital the day before my surgery and was instructed that he could not be the primary caregiver for me because of his condition. I had a pretty serious ski accident and was unable to walk. Nate and his team were unbelievably helpful in my recovery. They responded instantaneously paid a visit and had someone out there the minute I needed them. It was unbelievable. All the care providers were hard-working, clever, insightful, kind, and exactly what I needed in that moment! I highly recommend Synergy to anyone who is in an unfortunate position of inability to perform basic activities necessary in life
