I can’t say enough about the incredible care we received from Synergy Homecare Greensboro! They stepped in at the very last minute to assist with my loved one. Their prompt & professional response was truly a blessing. Every staff at all levels, I encountered were all kind, patient & knowledgeable. They made a very stressful situation feel manageable & even comforting. Their responsiveness & genuine compassion stood out from the start. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate in-home care!

I needed to find a new agency for my mom and spoke with Samer months before we switched over to Synergy. I remembered his kindness and willingness to help us. Synergy of Guilford county has been an amazing care agency to work with. The agency has provided outstanding communication and provided exceptional care for my mom. No concern is too difficult for the agency to address. In addition, the agency has offered to check on my mom while being seen at ER visits if in that location. I can not thank Synergy enough for helping during a stressful time for my mom and myself.

I live alone and recently had a unexpected home care need due to some surgery I had to have done. I called Synergy HomeCare and a representative visited me at my office within a couple of hours to go over my home care needs and schedule care. He was exceptionally thorough and professional. The surgery was scheduled for very early in the morning, and the home care provider arrived a few minutes early at my home to introduce herself and go over things.
