I would like to say Synergy Homecare was very helpful and instrumental in my mother's healing process. Mia was great in getting us in and working with scheduling and always available, huge plus. Nexi was also great, she took care of my mother and her needs, being very friendly and kind with her, making sure she was safe and cared for while she worked her way back to more independence. This is our family's first experience with companion care, and I chose Synergy because they were really understanding and helpful and followed up. I'm so glad I did. Trying to navigate family dynamics and aging parents and all that goes with that is never easy, but Mia and Sam made everything so easy, they came to meet my mom in person, they were really accessible, they communitcated well and were easy to get ahold of, and they were very thoughtful about choosing a companion for my mom. After a heart procedure, my father has needed home care services and Synergy has been wonderful to work with. We met with Mia for an assessment and from the first day, she has been nothing but professional and friendly to our family. Mia caters a schedule to my family's needs and the caregivers have been exceptional. We are very pleased with Synergy and would recommend to others who have similar needs
