I am SO appreciative of Family Home Care of Central Florida. The communication I encountered prior to and during the trip was so helpful, and working with Gabriella from admin put my mind at ease. The CNA assigned to us, Christa, was wonderful. This amazing woman was a true gift from the Lord during my family's week-long vacation in Disneyworld. I can not say enough good things about Family Home Care. Gabriella, Shawnta, the entire caregivers staff, especially Rose and Althea are exemplary in their kindness, ethics and attention to detail. They took wonderful care of my father-in-law for several weeks until he passed. They were super helpful and compassionate and took excellent care of him. I've worked with Family Home Care a couple of times over the last year or so and have continuously been impressed by the kindness and professionalism of everyone I’ve been in contact with. Gabriella was my first point of contact and she truly listened to the needs for my mom at different points of her care. Most recently we had two caregivers that really helped while mom stayed with me for two weeks. We are forever grateful to Family Home Care. Cheri, Jarod and the entire staff went above and beyond to guide us through what we all know is a very difficult process. I used Synergy for two weeks after my departure from the hospital in Winter Park. They were first-rate: consummate professionals who really knew what they were doing, performing both the biggest and the smallest tasks with a smile. Always on time too. I heartily recommend them to anyone!
