I’m so happy I chose Synergy for my mom’s care. I compared and interviewed several options and have been continually impressed by the communication, professionalism and integrity when dealing with the office. Theresa’s home visit put my mom at ease, Heidi is a great communicator when scheduling, and my interactions with Ruth the owner have been helpful, honest and timely. To entrust a loved one to the care of someone else is, to me, the ultimate demonstration of trust. Moreover, there is so much involved in finding the right people. I cannot say enough good things about Synergy Home Care – everything of the highest quality across the continuum of operations to caregivers. My sister needed to begin 24/7 Home Companion care quickly. I received a call back from the Client Liaison the same day I reached out, and had an appointment the following day. Theresa visited me in my home for an information session as I had called with concerns about long term or short term if I had an injury. I am impressed with synergy's services and willingness to help seniors with any level of need. Theresa was friendly and helpful--she stayed for 90 minutes and I feel like a safety net is under me.
