Mark demonstrated patience with all questions and served as a valuable source of information as I, and my family, navigated difficult choices for in-home care, and help guide us to the right solution. Despite needing to go with a different option, Mark continued to show me and my family support showing his true desire to help those who need it.
My mother-in-law needed assistance a few years ago. My wife used Synergy and they were perfect. Now my father needed assistance. Again, they are great. Kelly shows great compassion and competance. My father really likes her. Mark is always checking to make sure everyone is happy. He is very responsive to any problems and resolves them immediately
