All personnel, from the initial call reception, to the assessment nurse, Suzanne, to the scheduling and caretaking, have all been excellent. Caretakers were provided promptly. When personnel and timing changes were needed, schedulers promptly called my father and me to make sure we were kept informed of the changes. Thanks to Synergy for giving me peace of mind in providing my father in-home care as he recovers from his hospital stay.

Synergy has been a great help to my family as my dad transitioned to Assisted Living. Its great that they have people on call all the time and that you can speak to someone 7 days a week. They have successfully scheduled caregivers for overnight shifts and were very good about ensuring the aides did what we requested. I will definitely call on them in the future if we need private care services!

From the initial conversation I had with Casey at Synergy, I knew they would be the ones to provide excellent care for my mother. He was always available when I had questions or concerns (which was very rare). His staff were all very professional and took excellent care of my mom. I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone looking for a caregiver for their family member.

My family’s experience with Synergy while they cared for our mother was a very positive one. They were true partners in her care, responsive to our needs and compassionate in their service delivery. The aides they sent were caring, professional and competent. The staff was friendly and courteous. They anticipated our needs for service when the aide was unavailable and let us know in a timely manner. When our mother passed, they were so wonderfully comforting. I highly recommend them.
