I needed a caregiver for an elderly relative who had a stroke, had right side paralysis, and couldn't walk, talk, or swallow. I contacted Synergy late at night/early in the morning and received a call from the owner, Robert, the next day. He came out to speak to me and made all of us feel at ease. Excellent and friendly service. Robert and his team were able to secure great care for elderly parent with dementia last minute. The caregiver, Brooke, was very sweet, caring, smart, experience with patient care with various diagnoses, and professional. Her and mom connected well. Robert has a huge heart for human caring and does what he can to ensure the best care is provided for your needs. Great smooth communication and very personable. The owner of Synergy HomeCare of Lakewood, Robert, was great to speak with regarding care for my sitter in Cypress. He came out the same day for the care consultation, which we truly appreciated.
