Two years ago, I solicited help from the VA to assist me with home health care for a family member who had suffered a major stroke. I work full-time and needed someone to assist him with his daily activities. The VA provided me the name of Synergy HomeCare. What a blessing Synergy has been in our lives. We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Synergy. Manager Maisie worked hard to match us with a Caregiver (Eli was terrific!) that was able to do our full list of household tasks. Should we need assistance (household or medical) in the future, we would definitely call them first.

Synergy HomeCare was a lifesaver for our family. They took the time to understand our needs and the home-aide that worked with my mother-in-law was invaluable. They were flexible when we needed to adjust her help, and very dependable. My mother-in-law would not have been able to live on her own for as long as she did without the assistance of Synergy HomeCare. They were also easy to work with as far as paperwork for insurance and payment. I would recommend them for anyone looking for in-home assistance.

Everyone connected with Synergy Home Care were fantastic. We were in a bind to find 24/7 home care for mom immediately. Gail and Maisie showed up within an hour, and a caregiver was there within a couple hours. Everyone was so patient and kind with mom, they listened to our instructions on how to deal with mom when she is in one of her spells. Even mom remarked how easy it was to have them in her house. Synergy home care has been a blessing to my mom and myself. When I am at work I know that she is being cared for properly and it’s puts my stress at ease. All the caregivers that come are really nice and super helpful. I am appreciative and greatful for each and every one of them. Thank you. I highly recommend if you need home care for your loved one.
