Office is well run. Front desk staff is efficient. Appointment ran on time. Doctor Sunny Patel is engaging, competent and helps you feel comfortable.He cuts toe nail’s himself rather than have a technician do it.He injected my foot due to foot pain.He was so quick, it was done almost before I realized what was happening which was good.
I knew Dr Patel when he was with Dr Baldwin. He was very helpful in the past when I had an emergency so when I found him on Google, I was very happy. Have seen him 3 times at Synergy and he hasn’t changed a bit. He also does his own diabetic foot care instead of passing to a nurse. Very rare to find someone so caring but very much appreciated. I can’t recommend him enough!!!
After two ER visits and a hospital stay, this is the first doctor who actually listened and cared about the horrific issue. The compassion and knowledge of Dr. Ushita Patel was incredible. She accurately diagnosed what no one else had even bothered to and set up the correct path for healing. Can’t say enough about her, the wonderful observer she had that day and the front desk staff and nurses. Everyone was helpful, polite and thorough.
Good service. They were able to schedule my mother, a new patient, for an appointment in about one week. The doctor was kind and spoke clearly to my mother to give her several surgical and non surgical options.
I took my son here earlier this week and had a great experience. Calling to schedule his appointment was quick and easy, and they were able to see him within about a week. Having an afternoon appointment, I wasn't sure if they would be way behind or what. I'm pleased to say they saw my son right on time. The front office was pleasant and helpful.
