Everyone was very kind and helpful. The front desk staff got me signed in faster than I expected and I was seen even faster. The office was very clean and the atmosphere outstanding. I definitely will be coming back here and referring others.
Dr. Patel is very kind and attentive. His office staff is also incredibly friendly and warm and I’ve always been treated well by every nurse and front office staff member I’ve interacted with. I highly recommend.
The front desk staff were respectful and responsive. The clinical staff were efficient and courteous. Dr Hensley listened, instructed and provided a possible solution to a problem that cause me physical and mental distress.
This is the second time I've gone to SynergyHealth Foot and Ankle. The first time was with Dr. Patel at the Henrico location and this time the Midlothian. I called this morning at 8am because I had an ingrown toe nail again, and they got me in the same day. Dr. Patel has always been great. Great bed side manner and I'm never there long, never any complications. Would highly recommend at either location!
Dr Patel is great! He is knowledgeable, personable and empathetic. And his staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
