Great staff, clean facility, and Dr. Jack's is fantastic. Front staff is helpful and technicians are kind and patient. They all took excellent care of my son during his wisdom teeth removal procedure. All was explained well, all questions answered and paperwork for home care sent with us. Dr. Jack's has a great bedside manner, and to top it off, good humor and a personality! Dr. Jack is very business like but does it in a way that makes you feelvery comfortable and confident, which I believe is very important. He was highly recommended by my dentist and he earned the praise. His staff is very professional and laid back at the same time, which definitely got me through my experience
Reading other reviews, I totally agree. Friendly, helpful front office staff. Dr Jacks and his technicians were professional and efficient but also funny and put me at ease. Minimal pain with tooth removal and implant process underway.
Had 7 teeth pulled by dr jacks. I have dental trauma from past experiences. This man knows his stuff! I had zero pain the next day and beyond! I almost gave myself a dry socket actually because I forgot he had pulled a molar in addition to my remaining uppers. I 100% recommend everyone to Dr Jacks! He worked with speed but in a safe manner as to not make a mistake but also not to keep me there any longer than needed. Absolutely wonderful experience, especially from a dentist. The environment is extremely comfortable, the dental assistants are so sweet and Dr. Jacks was quick, efficient and got the job done with no pain. It was unlike any other dental experience. I never imagined I’d be excited to go to the dentist.
