Great staff, clean facility, and Dr. Jack's is fantastic. Front staff is helpful and technicians are kind and patient. They all took excellent care of my son during his wisdom teeth removal procedure. All was explained well, all questions answered and paperwork for home care sent with us. Dr. Jack's has a great bedside manner, and to top it off, good humor and a personality! Dr. Jacks truly knows what he's doing, he removed a cracked tooth in about 2 minutes. Real smooth and professional procedure, you can just tell the guy is a real expert. Thank you very much also to the wonderful staff for making it so comfortable!
Dr. Jacks is a very personal and gentle dentist, considering he extracted my right lower molar. He and his assistant were a very dexterous and competent team. The procedure was an ordeal for me, but his office made it as tolerable as possible. They also accomplished the procedure without any undesired side effects after I left their office. My follow-up appointment indicated that healing was proceeding normally. I felt cared for and the procedure competently handled. FDR
I don't think anyone wants me to elaborate on the 4 month long issue I went through but I do feel I should tell the public that this Doctor did not take me seriously until he saw the result of his inaction. I lost a tooth, was over rxd steroids and I was spoken to like misbehaving step child the whole way. I did not have a good experience. I am sure that if you get shot in the face he would be an excellent surgeon but mainly because you wouldn't have to justify your pain or do your own research or talk to him.
Dr. Jacks office is a professional and efficient operation. I had a tooth extracted due to internal resorption, and the process was performed quickly and competently. Two injections had the tooth totally numb, and the extraction took maybe 5-10 minutes. Recovery has gone well.
