I just bought my first home and i had the pleasure to work with Tabitha Godines. She was awesome she helped me every step of the way, Answered every question i had she made my experience great. I will definitely work with her again in the future when I decide to purchase another home. I highly recommend Tabitha, she is awesome no other words to really describe how good she is.

Tabitha is a very conscientious Loan officer. I was with another loan company that made a mess of my loan and Tabitha took my loan and Close The loans in two weeks. Everything went smooth and I’m very happy and how the process went. Very happy with the professional and conscientious person that Tabitha is I’d recommend her to do anybody’s loan.

Tabitha and the Fairway team were super. Tabitha held my hand through the process from "pre-approval" to being there with me during the signing of closing documents. I appreciate the level of support Fairway brought to the transaction. It's not every day I buy a home so it could have been a very confusing process. Tabitha helped every step of the way, making sure all my docs were accepted and getting me qualified. Thank you Fairway and Tabitha.

When me and my husband found our amazing dream home we decided to give it a go! We weren't sure it was going to happen and it did! Tabitha made our dream come true ! Tabitha is incredible to work with. She is a wealth of knowledge related to securing the financing of a home. She is well versed in all types of loans and different programs for anyone regardless of their income or circumstances. She is always available for questions or concerns you could have throughout the entire process of purchasing a home. She is genuine and very trustworthy. Tabitha loves what she does and it shows!
