My Mother has been a resident for about 8 years . It was previously Veranda. I have to say, we are so pleased with the changes we have seen and experienced since Table Rock took over. The level of care has definitely changed and the caregivers and all employees seem to always be happy. They really emphasize on providing wonderful and fun activities. Food has improved greatly! Overall they strive to create a loving and safe environment for our loved ones.
My mom spent 1 year and 3 months in the memory care facility here. During that time I got to know the staff and management quite well since I visited her almost every day. Jim (assistant manager), Debbie (front desk), and the care staff here truly made the last days the best they could for my mother. Whether it was supporting me, giving me updates on mom, helping me manage her care (to know what’s normal, what to expect, etc), and when it was time to call hospice in. Our Company Horizon Home Health and Hospice has cared for many residents in this community over the years. From our perspective, they do a fantastic job! The staff is kind and compassionate and does a good job making the residents feel loved and cared for, like family. I would highly recommend this assisted living community if you are looking for a home for your loved one!
We moved my father into Table Rock in September and my mother in December. From the first interactions we had with the staff, we couldn't have been more pleased and comforted in knowing our parents would be cared for by competent, knowledgeable, kind and friendly staff. I have one brother who lives locally, but I have two other brothers and myself who live in other states who have been involved in moving our parents to Table Rock.
