Professional staff. Clean waiting room area and back room also. Waited 10 minutes due to a customer before me. The assistant asked a lot of questions and gave the shot to my dog carefully. I liked the Veterinarian Dr.. He seemed knowledgeable. I believe their prices are high-not affordable.

I'm changing my review to a better one. My dog got surgery here and got pretty sick afterwards. They made sure that he got in as soon as possible to get the help he needs.

Took great care of my dog's infected paw. Called SOOO many vets who had 4-8+ hour wait times or appts until 2+weeks from now. Our usual vet couldn't see my dog until end of august. They do a same day appt/walk in system through texting which is very convenient as I had to deal with long phone hold times right now as well. The other day I texted 8 am in the morning and they asked if I could arrive by 9am and my dog could be seen within 9-11am, told them I would try to move my schedule but they let me know they can actually ma... read more

I was a bit skeptical about bringing my new puppy here after reading some negative reviews, but it's basically impossible to get an appointment at any other vets right now so I figured I'd give it a go and we honestly had the best experience. Every single person I spoke with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you for offering to let me hold my baby in my arms as he passed this morning. I wasn't expecting to have the option to do this and it scared me at first. Though I decided to be there for him as he's always been there for me. As it's still hitting me hard in the feels, seeing him at peace lifted a great deal of pain for the both of us. For Skooter. I took my coco bean here before Christmas and my dog was diagnosed with dka and although they couldn't help her there the Dr sent me to an emergency vet and walked me through the process. Thank you Dr Hughes. We will be back!!! Coco bean is doing well !!!

Dr Hughes was very helpful and understanding of my dogs issues. She spent a long time going over my options and didn't pressure me to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with. Wait was long but understand due to Covid.

Fair prices and knowledgeable vets. They assist on first come, first served so it takes a lot of time and patience to be seen. With covid, it's become quite a nightmare to get seen as they no longer offer sit in. We are required to call each morning starting at 8AM for availability of that particular day which unfortunately, I don't have time for due to work.
