My puppy swallowed a rock and required surgery. The doctor did the surgery right away, the same day, and then had to stay way past closing time, waiting for him to wake up fully after surgery. He ended up not only having a rock in his tummy, but a bunch of material that he had chewed up was blocking his intestines. He needed his intestines cut in 3 places to retrieve the material safely. I love this place! We've taken our babies here many times and I love every vet we've ever seen. Everyone is always super nice and puts my mind at ease when I'm overthinking small things. Lol. I highly recommend going here for your pet care I literally trust very few others with my babies.

I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had to call in and ask a million questions before dropping in. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. They gave me prices over the phone and approximate wait times over the phone. This clinic is by walk in only unless the Vet needs to schedule you a surgery. My puppy is 5 months old and did not whine when given his shots or when his temperature was taken. The staff is very helpful and nice whenever I've been in. The cost is affordable but I didn't feel like I was getting lesser quality or care for my dog. The only thing that's a bummer is that it can take awhile since it's walk in only. Even on a midweek morning it was a bit of a wait. Just be prepared!

I have been here many times and the service has always been amazing. The staff and vets seem to truly care about my dog. Maybe it helps that I walk in with a smile and am not a jerk to the people I deal with.

Been going here for a while. Less expensive then lots of places, but same standard of care. I especially appreciate vets that do not play on your emotions and i love a vet who will get down on floor to make her patient comfortable. They dont take appts, but the wait is reasonable. If looking for a place that will care bout your animal, hive them a try.

My 91 year old mother had to put her 17 year old Bichon Frise to sleep. What a hard thing for this aging person to lose her dear companion. All of the folks at the clinic were gentle and caring with my Mom and her dear pet. They sent a card with her dogs footprints after the visit and it meant so much to my Mom. Thank you for kindness in a very sad difficult time.

Every doctor I've interacted with here has been amazing! The staff is awesome too. We only come here even though there are many other vets closer to our house. Thank you for always thinking about our pets over money, Value Pet clinic.

I brought my dog in due to leg pain, expecting he had a fracture, and it turned out he had cancer. From exam to diagnosis to surgery, everyone at Value Pet Clinic was courteous, professional, and efficient. I recently adopted a cat and now I take her to Value Pet Clinic as well. The wait can sometimes take a while but the service and prices are worth it- I have actually received refunds twice now where the clinic has managed to save me money. This clinic will definitely be my go-to from now on.
