Wanted to say thank you to Jay Finkelstein for helping us find the perfect mattress. It was almost closing time and Jay did not rush us. Instead he stayed and helped us find the perfect mattress. We got individually tested using the computer pressure point bed system. Jay found exactly where our trouble spots were and fit us to the exact bed that we needed. Without this, we would have chosen the wrong bed for sure. Extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all and found us a mattress that came in under budget! Thanks Jay!

I would like to give a compliment to Fred who helped me a lot. He is the best sales agent so far I met and I was very impressed by his service. I sometimes texted him when I need help while he was out, but still, he responded to me. Taft is very fortunate to have a wonderful employee like Fred. I am giving 5 stars just for service not for the product quality as this is the first time I bought TAFT product, I will write another quality review later.

I have been shopping at Taft for years, and my recent purchase, I want to compliment Dom, Fred and Doug, they went out of their way to help me and Taft is very fortunate to have these wonderful employees working for them, They are professional, wonderful and friendly, My recent visits were a pleasure!

We purchased living room furniture in at the Saratoga Taft store. We love our furniture, and the experience working with Taft has been fantastic! The salesman and two delivery guys were all great! We have had a couple of minor issues with the new furniture, and everyone has been great to work with and very responsive to remedy our concerns! Today was a great day! The delivery of my dining room set and mattress/adjustable bed was a terrific experience. The delivery guys were on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful! I love my new furniture. Thanks Taft!

I am not one to usually complain but this has been the worst experience with Taft I have ever had, after spending thousands of dollars. I have made several purchases throughout the years and honestly this will probably my last. Our first delivery they were 1 hour past the 9-12 arrival window. We were also moving this day so I wasted 4 hours sitting at my new house instead of moving.
