The three stars is for how friendly and nice the staff is. The building is very clean and huge and they make you feel comfortable and provide a blanket if cold. We started coming here last year and were told we would start our implants end of December/ beginning of January. That didn’t happen, I didn’t get my tops done until last month and I was told I’d get my temporary, but the last time I went after they did my tops she said they weren’t right and so here I am toothless with nothing!! Saving my last star for the final results. When I first started this process for implants I WAS EXTREMELY SCARED. Crying was involved, lol. Dr Y took his time explaining every move he made while reassuring along the way. I now look forward to my visits. This journey has been truly worth the outcome!!! Thank U Nancy. And thank U Icee for the quick talks of encouragement!!! THIS TEAM ROCKS!!!
It’s been over a year since my first visit here. I received a referral to UIC dental/school and clinic that I still have no been able to get an appointment for. I had a follow up appointment on the day of the appointment I called to check the time of my appointment to ensure I was not late as I like to always be early and was told the system was down and I would receive a call to reschedule my appointment as soon as possible. Highly recommend this place, I have been going through this process with tag oral care since may 2023. Today I got my temps! So happy with how my teeth the turned out. Did not have any problems everything went as smooth as possible! They really want a mile and a half for as I’m sure they do for all thier patients. Thank you so much to Nancy and Ashley for being so helpful through the whole process and all the nurses at tag. 100/10 recommend
I've been seeing Dr. Nassif Youssef for a little over a year and I can honestly say that he's the best Dentist I've ever had. He did a thorough job of examining all my teeth and explained everything in detail while also making me feel relaxed. His staff and especially Nancy is a great compliment to Dr Youssef. I'm very thankful..
