Been at this Magnolia location for a while now, even after a rate increase (which always sucks) because staff has been so welcoming and helpful every visit, especially Rachel. The facility is well-kept and the expansion is looking great. Only makes sense to have more units here with the U-Haul storage center across the street not coming to fruition. Absolutely wonderful place to store your property if you want it taken care of. Had a unit for over two years and never had a problem!! Ruth at the front desk is extremely helpful and polite. Thank you guys for everything!!
I have been at Tall pines on 1488 since their opening. I would just like to compliment Miss Dawson at Tall Pine storage off 1488. She is always extremely helpful with any issue I have every had at the facility. The response time and customer service she provides is above in beyond. I hope Tall Pines storage takes care of her like she takes care of their customers.
Very clean, new facility. Quick and easy checking in and friendly staff. Highly recommend. And unlike some other storage units, Tall Pines likes it COLD in the buildings and that is a good thing! Great for those hot summer storage needs.
Such a welcoming environment, not your typical storage facility. Everything is very well maintained 10/10
