No one knows anything about anything. I have been charged on numerous occasions for no-show. I have never received a reminder or a phone call to confirm my appointments. I was told my kids who was sick at that time could not see the doctor because I missed a visit and I needed to pay for the missed appointment. Another occasion, I arrived 7 minutes late for an additional I have for my twins and I was told they can only see one child and I had to pay for the missed appointment and they cancelled both appointments. im soo mad that i took my time to find her online! i spend 2|30 hours on telehealth with my son sick, waiting for her, and after 2 hours, she looked at the monitor like there where any problem, seriously??!! she didn't even call me back! when you do a telehealht is because you dont want to expose your kids to this virus, so is not a pleasure to wait 2 hours!!
It was for my daughter's annual exam and everything went very well. My daughter was treated great. Everyone explained what they were doing, and my daughter was at ease.
I love pediatric associates and the doctors an nurses as well as staff are all awesome, respectful,helpful
The staff was very friendly and they meet our expectations, definitely going back.
