Tamara is an awesome therapist. It is unfortunate that Lifestance system on line doesn't work correctly. I was over charged because they couldn't or wouldn't fix my insurance information. I have read this is an issue for many others using this service. I wish I could hire Tamara outside of Lifestance's broken company and system.
I have been in and out of therapy for years. It did the job but nothing like when I started seeing Tamara. The way I have used the tools she has provided in my everyday life has changed my life. I look forward to our sessions every week!
Tamara is the best. She is very easy to talk to, is supportive makes suggestions and has generally helped me a lot
Couldn’t ask for a better therapist for our family.
