Tammy is excellent. Loved working with her. Lifestance itself is another story. They had my insurance listed on their website (Ambetter), which is specifically why I chose the insurance I did for this year so I could stay with Tammy, and then was told that they didn't take my insurance and haven't for two years. I was told this the morning of the appointment and was told I'd have to pay 100 dollars if I cancelled. Out of pocket costs are insane as well. They're wanting me to pay $255 for a $15 virtual call. I thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from my session last week with Tammy. I appreciated her sharing with me her knowledge about antidepressants and I am doing what she has asked.
