I am so happy I found this place. Very compassionate. Tammy made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her.
Tammy is excellent. Loved working with her. Lifestance itself is another story. They had my insurance listed on their website (Ambetter), which is specifically why I chose the insurance I did for this year so I could stay with Tammy, and then was told that they didn't take my insurance and haven't for two years. I was told this the morning of the appointment and was told I'd have to pay 100 dollars if I cancelled. Out of pocket costs are insane as well. They're wanting me to pay $255 for a $15 virtual call. Love this practice. You never have to wait. The providers are always on time, easy to work with and extremely helpful.
She has been phenomenal with my grandmother who has an overall fear of doctors. Tammy Denny-Smith has helped her so much!
