Tammy is excellent. Loved working with her. Lifestance itself is another story. They had my insurance listed on their website (Ambetter), which is specifically why I chose the insurance I did for this year so I could stay with Tammy, and then was told that they didn't take my insurance and haven't for two years. I was told this the morning of the appointment and was told I'd have to pay 100 dollars if I cancelled. Out of pocket costs are insane as well. They're wanting me to pay $255 for a $15 virtual call. Could not connect. Trying to call to see if apt. Time was correct. Can not get an answer at Tammy's or lifestance
Tammy keeps up on my situation and has answers ready to my questions when we have a teleconference.
I always enjoy talking to Tammy. She went out of her way to call different pharmacies to see if they had my prescription since they’ve been difficult to come by. She comes across as caring and waiting to help any way she can.
Absolutely loved meeting Dr Tammy. She made me feel so comfortable and relieved that I was finally talking to someone who knows what she's doing! Why didn't I reach out before!?
