This was my first appointment and I was very comfortable. Tammy Denny-Smith took the time to get to know me through telehealth. I felt comfortable enough to talk about my issues & she listened. I highly recommend Tammy if you're looking for an expert in mental health care.

Tammy is excellent. Loved working with her. Lifestance itself is another story. They had my insurance listed on their website (Ambetter), which is specifically why I chose the insurance I did for this year so I could stay with Tammy, and then was told that they didn't take my insurance and haven't for two years. I was told this the morning of the appointment and was told I'd have to pay 100 dollars if I cancelled. Out of pocket costs are insane as well. They're wanting me to pay $255 for a $15 virtual call.
