Tammy is excellent. Loved working with her. Lifestance itself is another story. They had my insurance listed on their website (Ambetter), which is specifically why I chose the insurance I did for this year so I could stay with Tammy, and then was told that they didn't take my insurance and haven't for two years. I was told this the morning of the appointment and was told I'd have to pay 100 dollars if I cancelled. Out of pocket costs are insane as well. They're wanting me to pay $255 for a $15 virtual call. Tammy Denny Smith is the most compassionate with her patients. I've been under mental health care since 2005, and have had so many professionals but Tammy beats them all with her attention and knowledge of diagnosis and the best treatments.
Tammy keeps up on my situation and has answers ready to my questions when we have a teleconference.
