Empathetic, caring, and WISE. I’m a late-dx AuDHD, cis bi woman, in the midst of perimenopause and slowly recovering from extreme burnout and a series of acute traumas. She got me from the first meeting and has been a lifeline. Highly recommend for any gen-x woman dealing with similar.
I have video chats with Tanya, I've had a few hiccups with the volume and video. That's my doing, I will say that I've been talking with Tanya for awhile now and she's my lifeline. I would have been lost if I had to find a new counselor.
