My start with LifeStance started out extremely messed up. Missed appointments due to mixups, five of them, not my fault, after nearly 8 months I finally had my first therapy appointment. Maybe there was some Divine providence going on, but the therapist that was assigned to me couldn’t be a more perfect match, and I now am working with two people who are great to work with. Tara is always so very kind and understanding. I always feel safe talking to her and feel confident in my medication’s and the decisions and discussions regarding my medication’s. She is a wonderful, caring psychiatrist. Life stance should be so lucky to have her with them!
I have nothing but positive feedback and appreciation for Tara, whom listens to how I am feeling and takes into consideration concerns, gives feedback and has an amazing *bedside manner* truly cares about her patients. Should definitely consider their office if thinking of starting therapy / counseling. I truly feel better being able to have my appointments with herself and Abbie HAMBRIGHT.

Tara is a caring and empathetic provider in addition to being very knowledgeable and up to date regarding medications and disorders! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of psychiatry services. I also like that both in person and Telehealth visits are available to fit my schedule!
