Tara is always so very kind and understanding. I always feel safe talking to her and feel confident in my medication’s and the decisions and discussions regarding my medication’s. She is a wonderful, caring psychiatrist. Life stance should be so lucky to have her with them!
My start with LifeStance started out extremely messed up. Missed appointments due to mixups, five of them, not my fault, after nearly 8 months I finally had my first therapy appointment. Maybe there was some Divine providence going on, but the therapist that was assigned to me couldn’t be a more perfect match, and I now am working with two people who are great to work with.
