Tara has given me a lot of insight into myself and it has been very helpful. She listens with empathy and without judgement. She has been able to pinpoint specific mental health issues and give me very helpful direction and tools to manage them. I am very grateful for her.

I would not recommend, While treatment went well I saw her a total of 2 times and had a visit with her colleague to get an in-person visit on the books and am being charged $600 post insurance and $1500 pre-insurance. That was all before I could receive medication.

This provider continuously made stipulations to not treat me for an established diagnosis. I have a diagnosis. I needed a new provider because my previous one was no longer in my insurance network. I am not someone seeking a new diagnosis, not seeking a wild changeup in medication. I simply wanted to be prescribed what had worked for me in the past, as my primary care doc was not comfortable managing meds in this department. Initially made an appointment online. Staff quickly realized I needed a different provider, called me back and rescheduled in a very timely & friendly manner. On telehealth appointment Tara Scott was a running behind but made sure to communicate. I have only had one appointment so far but so far happy with my care. I will be recommended LifeStance to family & friends. (I reached out to a few places and LifeStance definitely stood out).
