I moved in December 2025, I needed an expedited move in and Leah was absolutely amazing at helping me consistently along the way. She made it easy and answered all my questions with kindness. The community is stunning. I love my little home here. I’ve also spoken with Brittaney and McKenzie in the office since then and they are also wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about management here and the community as a whole!
Vivika did an outstanding job explaining the process for renting these gorgeous apartments. I originally was interested in a one bedroom but after seeing all the additional space gained by renting a two bedroom I have changed my mind. The grounds are amazing and it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths unobstructed by traffic. I can't wait to move in!
We had such a great experience with Leah. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all! She simply allowed us to take time to really go over a place that we would consider calling home. She gave us the information we needed, answered all our questions, and let us make decisions at our own pace. Wonderful service and highly recommend Leah!
I have lived at Tavalo at Candence since April 2025 and I absolutely love it here. Wonderful amenities, beautiful community and the perfect location. Love the concept of little houses vs an apartment. My dogs love having a little yard and took no time at all to figure out the doggie door, they love to sun bath. I have nothing but great things to say. I’m so happy I found this while exploring the area when my apartment lease was up. I have had no issues all, highly recommend!!
Not only is Tavalo a wonderful place to Live. When looking for the ideal community in the ideal location, I found myself here. When making the transition, Leah was kind, patient, and helpful in many ways. She was always available and responsive and got me into the apartment I wanted.
