I’ve been living at Tavalo for two weeks now and it has been amazing so far. By far the best living experience I’ve had in Arizona. My home is beautiful, the community is well maintained, clean, and quiet, and the amenities are awesome. From my initial tour to my move in I’ve worked with Mackenzie and she has been such a pleasure to work with. I moved in December 2025, I needed an expedited move in and Leah was absolutely amazing at helping me consistently along the way. She made it easy and answered all my questions with kindness. The community is stunning. I love my little home here. I’ve also spoken with Brittaney and McKenzie in the office since then and they are also wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about management here and the community as a whole!
We had such a great experience with Leah. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all! She simply allowed us to take time to really go over a place that we would consider calling home. She gave us the information we needed, answered all our questions, and let us make decisions at our own pace. Wonderful service and highly recommend Leah!
I have lived at Tavalo at Candence since April 2025 and I absolutely love it here. Wonderful amenities, beautiful community and the perfect location. Love the concept of little houses vs an apartment. My dogs love having a little yard and took no time at all to figure out the doggie door, they love to sun bath. I have nothing but great things to say. I’m so happy I found this while exploring the area when my apartment lease was up. I have had no issues all, highly recommend!!
When I toured the property, Leah was the agent who walked us around. She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and thorough. The amenities, apartments and grounds are all pristine and incredible quality.
