I just recently moved here. From the first interactions at the leasing office to now living here, the office staff is amazing. The amenities are top tier. My dogs LOVE the numerous dog parks. I personally love the pool and gym available to me. There are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s quiet, clean and very well run. 1000% worth checking out.
The whole service team blows me away at Tavalo. Every time!! Matt has been over to our place a few times and he’s unmatched. They usually reach out within 1-2 hours of submitting a request and often come out same day to fix anything. They go above and beyond every time. Service, conversation, great with animals. Legit the BEST service in any space I’ve lived.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Tavalo! From the moment I reached out, Casey and Brittney were absolute rockstars. Cute neighborhood but not great staff. Power went out, we were out of town and everything went bad. They knew the power went out, didn’t reset the breaker box on our unit. They thought they “got them all”. Several hundred dollars of food ruined and they said “go through your insurance”. Insurance is a $500 deductible.
