I have lived at Tavalo at Candence since April 2025 and I absolutely love it here. Wonderful amenities, beautiful community and the perfect location. Love the concept of little houses vs an apartment. My dogs love having a little yard and took no time at all to figure out the doggie door, they love to sun bath. I have nothing but great things to say. I’m so happy I found this while exploring the area when my apartment lease was up. I have had no issues all, highly recommend!!
We had such a great experience with Leah. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process feel easy. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all! She simply allowed us to take time to really go over a place that we would consider calling home. She gave us the information we needed, answered all our questions, and let us make decisions at our own pace. Wonderful service and highly recommend Leah!
The leasing office the lady's are the nicest and all they want to do is help put you in a place to call home like my boys and I do . The grounds are kept clean at all times and all I love is hearing the kids play on the playground and watching a father play basketball with his kids watching the family take there pets to the really nice dog park. Gas grill every where haven't had a chance to use yet but will soon . Thank you for reading happy holidays
Leah was amazing showing us a two-bedroom, two-bath! She answered all our questions thoroughly and explained everything clearly. Due to coming in from out of town we showed up late, but Leah was super accommodating. Beyond just being nice and helpful during the tour, she went above and beyond when we had car trouble, offering us water and making sure we were okay. Leah's assistance went beyond her duties!
The concept of these homes are so cool! I love the community feel and amenities! Leah was in the leasing office and she was great! She showed us a unit and broke down the leasing agreement answered all our questions and then some!
