Leah was amazing showing us a two-bedroom, two-bath! She answered all our questions thoroughly and explained everything clearly. Due to coming in from out of town we showed up late, but Leah was super accommodating. Beyond just being nice and helpful during the tour, she went above and beyond when we had car trouble, offering us water and making sure we were okay. Leah's assistance went beyond her duties!
In general, maintenance requests are handled promptly by Chris and Matt, the maintenance technicians. Back in August, I experienced an issue with my air conditioning unit. My request was addressed by the following morning, and portable units were provided until the necessary parts arrived. Matt and Chris in maintenance are one of a kind. They do such a great job they come efficiently and are so friendly. They always take the time to pay attention to my needy pup lol. I'm sure their time is demanding and I just appreciate them.
Tavalo is awesome! Everyone was spectacular for the whole process. Leah was always patient answering questions. She made moving in sooo much easier. And of course the apartments are beautiful!
Leah gave me and my partner Cody a tour of a 1/1 — very friendly and generous with her time. She was extremely insightful and could answer all my questions with no hesitation, and assured me that they could work with me if any hiccups came up in my application process. The property and units are all beautiful. Clean, modern, and a place I think anyone would be happy to live at. :)
