its fine. waiting area is clean. staff doesn't seem too friendly but i guess their just trying to work. the only thing I just dont like is not being able to sit with my children once they go to the back but I also understand to certain extent
I’m not saying this applies to all of the staff, but the front desk experience was awful. The way they treated my teenage daughter—eye rolling and rude, nasty attitude—was completely unacceptable. She came home crying, and that breaks my heart. Parents, please be cautious bringing your children here.
I’m not a fan of parents not being allowed to go in the back with their children. I would often look through the glass and noticed my child was sitting in chair unattended for at least thirty minutes. I do I understand that they have other patients to tend to, but maybe they shouldn’t overbook appointments. I called off two days straight and waited for 2 hours each day just not to be serviced. They didn’t look at me the whole time. I’m pregnant so they needed a clearance so it gave them a reason to dismiss me everytime. I need a supervisor or someone to contact me because this isn’t right. We arrived at 2:48 for a 3:00 appointment and my son was called in at 3:25 and after 3 people who arrived after we did. I also asked about some of his teeth that haven’t come all the way in and they told me they were baby teeth. When I said no they’re not we went to the back and they told me he needs braces to allow those teeth some room to grow in. That part makes sense, but why did they say they are baby teeth??? It’s a weird vibe in there.
