Dr Green and his assistant always has an awesome attitude , very nice, on time and knowledgeable of what they were doing. Made my appointment a breeze. Love to see them when I go. Highly recommend!!
Genuinely bad. I have braces and it doesn't matter what location I go to, they are so late... Like once, my appointment was at 1? 2? One of those, and I didn't get called until 3. The one I'm at currently the kids are running around, coughing and touching on people, not a very pleasant smell, and just really boring to be here. Ngl im asking my nene to just reschedule because I DONT wanna be here.✌🏾🥀
Ima have to pull the discrimination card.. I firmly believe that I was handled differently! Too much to explain to the public but i was refused services that were fully covered by my insurance plan. And later when i called back (after my call to insurance) to try to reschedule, i was spoken to very rudely. And they were mistaken all along!! Do not recommend! Then i get the? Same generic message that everyone else has gotten; that has complained for the same thing i did! You know, now that I have read more and more reviews..... read more
0 stars. Went here cause they accepted my insurance for cleaning. They said I had 4 cavities and quotes me $1000+. I asked for a copy of the X-rays to take to my preferred dental office. They were very difficult to reach and made it hard to get the X-rays. I ended up going to a different office and paying out of pocket to have X-rays retaken- AND I was told by better dentist I have 0 cavities! I am so glad I didn’t listen to Taylor dental and have them fill cavities that weren't even really there for over $1000.
I am a 318 resident and I have been to both of our local taylor dentist offices. The Jewella Ave office is top tier! My daughter and I were treated with kindness and respect the entire time. My daughter received amazing and gentle care! Please do not waste your time at the Mansfield road location. The Mansfield road location does not allow parents in the back with children of any age fyi.
