Our appointment was for 12:00pm and didnt get called back until after 2:20pm. Once we left the nurse told us the medicine that would be sent to the pharmacy and it was never sent, we had to call multiple times before someone answered the phone. When the lady called me back she did apologize but the wait time is like that EVERYTIME!
0 stars. Went here cause they accepted my insurance for cleaning. They said I had 4 cavities and quotes me $1000+. I asked for a copy of the X-rays to take to my preferred dental office. They were very difficult to reach and made it hard to get the X-rays. I ended up going to a different office and paying out of pocket to have X-rays retaken- AND I was told by better dentist I have 0 cavities! I am so glad I didn’t listen to Taylor dental and have them fill cavities that weren't even really there for over $1000.
Ima have to pull the discrimination card.. I firmly believe that I was handled differently! Too much to explain to the public but i was refused services that were fully covered by my insurance plan. And later when i called back (after my call to insurance) to try to reschedule, i was spoken to very rudely. And they were mistaken all along!! Do not recommend! Then i get the? Same generic message that everyone else has gotten; that has complained for the same thing i did! You know, now that I have read more and more reviews..... read more
I am a 318 resident and I have been to both of our local taylor dentist offices. The Jewella Ave office is top tier! My daughter and I were treated with kindness and respect the entire time. My daughter received amazing and gentle care! Please do not waste your time at the Mansfield road location. The Mansfield road location does not allow parents in the back with children of any age fyi.
I’ve noticed that the front desk staff at this office can be disorganized and unprofessional at times. There have been repeated instances of miscommunication regarding appointments, check-ins, and billing. Patients have been left waiting without updates, and sometimes it seems that important information about procedures or costs isn’t properly communicated.
