We had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient with my child. The dental team knows how to work with kids — they explained everything in a fun, gentle way that made my child feel safe and comfortable. The office is very clean and kid-friendly. I highly recommend this office to any parent seeking a kind, professional team that genuinely cares about children’s dental health!
This was my first experience with Taylor Dental and Braces. If I could have left a lower rating I would have. Our appointment was for 1 pm we arrived a few minutes before our appointment time signed in and sat. A while after a clipboard was handed to me and I was told that I needed a different insurance card to show coverage. I have needed a different insurance card for my dental coverage and your receptionist refused to accept my proof of insurance card stating I needed a different one. The team was professional and provided timely service. I took my 3 year old in for a cleaning g and Dr. Boykin was amazing. He talked with my child and made him at ease. The assistants were great and communicated well with me and my child throughout the visit. I highly recommend the Gretna Taylor dental location.
Got my first ever filling here today (Friday). It was quick and painless but my filling fell out less than 6 hours later. The office is closed and it’s now a weekend. The phone number can connect you to someone in India to schedule appointments but I couldn’t get any real help or advice on what to do next. I’m very upset that a small cavity that wasn’t bothering me is now a big hole that can easily get infected as I wait for an appointment next week. Waste of money if you are coming to get braces here. My teeth after treatment was having horse teeth that stuck out. Retainer didn’t fit well after treatment when I first got it. If you are thinking about getting braces don’t come here go somewhere else. This place you are just a number to them. Oh and what they don’t tell you is even after you’re braces are paid off and if you go over the time frame you come out of pocket each visit. After we have have already spent 4500 on braces.
