I brought my son in today for what we believed was a confirmed appointment that had been scheduled about six months in advance. When we arrived, we were told the appointment had been canceled. Handled with Care I would like to thank the Taylor Dental staff for handling my appointment with care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk clerk knew who I was and prepared my documents within minutes of me signing in. The staff is rude, they cancelled my niece's appointment without telling us, but we called the call center and her appointment was open. We're taking her to Bippo. They're unprofessional and this is the second time they've done this. Months ago, a man was yelling at my friends and me and he was threatening us. I asked them to call the police and the staff called us all racist behind our backs where my niece could hear them. A man was threatening us and they called US racist.
We had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient with my child. The dental team knows how to work with kids — they explained everything in a fun, gentle way that made my child feel safe and comfortable. The office is very clean and kid-friendly. I highly recommend this office to any parent seeking a kind, professional team that genuinely cares about children’s dental health!
The team was professional and provided timely service. I took my 3 year old in for a cleaning g and Dr. Boykin was amazing. He talked with my child and made him at ease. The assistants were great and communicated well with me and my child throughout the visit. I highly recommend the Gretna Taylor dental location.
