My kids have been coming here since they were Kool smiles and we use to love it. Never had an issue until the last year at least. We show up to appointments on time but not seen for hours. They refuse to allow a parent in the back even when my special needs child is begging for me to go in the back. I decided today when they refused me access to the back which is a huge red flag to me, I told them give me my child's excuse for school and we'd be finding a new dentist. They just lost 6 patients. Do better! This is ridiculous.

I checked my daughter out of school for her appointment and arrived on time. I even paid for the dental work to be done upon check in. We watched patients come and go while waiting to go to the back for her treatment. He’ll, we even watched people come in after us and go to the back before us. After waiting 45 minutes and still waiting in the waiting room, we left. Taylor Dentals’ customer service is horrible. I love Taylor Dental and Braces! I always have a great experience and customer service from the representatives at the location as well as on the phone scheduling customer service representatives. We did encounter a problem this time with changing my appointment date due to no hygienist available to reschedule to the following date. However my supervisor approved of the date change and they completed the dental cleaning and treatment plan the same day so it all worked out perfectly and I greatly appreciate them for making it... read more

My kids have been long-standing patients at this location for years. I used to bring them when it was Kool Smiles. Unfortunately it seems as if the company or this location has declined in service over the years. On my visit today I was very displeased with the service. My appointment was for 8, I got there on time and we were the first patients in the office. My kids didn’t get called for service until 30 minutes later. I understand why it has a lot of bad reviews , my appointment was at 1pm and I got there at 12:50, I was the first one there, there was like 7 people who came in after me was being attended first while I was still sitting there waiting for a clean. It was about 2:10 and I left , I wasn't gonna to waste my time there.
