My husband and I LOVE our new Taylor Home! It was built with good craftmanship and quality materials. All of the folks at Taylor Homes are very pleasant to work with. It took about 11 months from start to finish, which seemed like forever, but I've heard that is a pretty normal length of time to build a new house. So many amazing people we have worked with. Beth, Stephanie, Eva, Rob, and Matt. ?? Everyone we have worked with has always been so great about communicating. Use any other builder. You won’t know how bad your build is until it’s too late. The A/C unit was installed with no filtration and left on during drywall install creating all kinds of future problems. The condensation pump was installed incorrectly, when we called Taylor homes they referred us to the install company who came out and charged us $380 to simply cut the drip line and left it to drain under the house causing mold to form. There is a short somewhere in the electrical system that continues to pop the breaker. The s... read more

As with ALL our customers, every single thing (in full transparency) is carefully covered both in writing as well as verbally for better understanding between both parties. We indeed are a "Build-on-your-property" type of builder whereby our customers are responsible for their property as well as compliance with their HOA upon the purchase of their property. Taylor Homes is absolute trash. We have been “working” with them for 2 years. And my house is still not done. They have screwed us left and right. We are going on our 4th construction manager. There has been a 5,000 apartments built before our house. I’m talking started after and is done before our home. We moved our family for MI to TN and ended up having to go back because they keep screwing us over. Signed build paperwork to start Sept 2021. Moved in June 2023. Builder Superintendent out of Tennessee, with company Taylor told us we would have him for a year ONCE WE MOVED IN and now he's no longer with Taylor. A new new construction supervisor came out ( Sept 18th 2023 ) and looked at the serious items still not completed and started to look into them. He also pointed other serious issues as well.
