Taylor Telephone Cooperative, Inc. was formed in October of 1951. Our purpose then, as it still is today, is to provide high quality telecommunication services to rural West-Central Texas. We provide service to approximately 14 exchanges, covering a 2000 square mile area, including 14 cities and 9 counties. We have successfully deployed fiber to the home (FTTH) to over half of our customers. While it is an extensive and costly undertaking, our goal is to deploy FTTH to all of our customers.

I recently experienced an internet outage due to a power surge during an electrical storm. The following day, I contacted Taylor Telecom by email and was quickly impressed by their response. A courteous and professional representative promptly called me back and assured me that a service technician would be in touch soon. Absolutely some of the best customer service I have experienced! From the call to the office to set up the service with Misty, to the field crew that installed the fiber lines! Moving is not easy, but you can rest assured, your internet service will be a breeze with Taylor Telecom!!! I was expecting a two week wait to have the lines buried because of the home being new construction. Mr Dye demonstrated amazing customer service today. I was working on a remold job off of CR 337. I saw his truck and I drove to catch him. I flashed my lights and he pulled over and introduced himself. I ask if he could come look at the service in this older house and give me some suggestions as to whether the house had been upgraded to the new fiber service. He walk the project with me and gave me great advice. Thank you again for keeping the customer first and not telling me “ you need to just call the office”.
Josh came to install my internet and couldn’t have been nicer. The whole process took about 15mins, and my internet is lightning fast. He followed up one week later to move the location of my router, and again, was super nice and efficient. 5/5 Stars
