Always the best customer service! When my modem went down, they came out the very next day and set up the new one. Today was the drive thru meeting at the Taylor Telcom arena parking lot. It was all set up extremely well. Food was delicious, some free gifts just for showing up, and lots of good people ready and waiting to help if needed. I recently experienced an internet outage due to a power surge during an electrical storm. The following day, I contacted Taylor Telecom by email and was quickly impressed by their response. A courteous and professional representative promptly called me back and assured me that a service technician would be in touch soon. Absolutely some of the best customer service I have experienced! From the call to the office to set up the service with Misty, to the field crew that installed the fiber lines! Moving is not easy, but you can rest assured, your internet service will be a breeze with Taylor Telecom!!! Today’s drive thru was very easy and efficient! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional! The luncheon from The Shed was very good but we miss the peach cobbler 😂 The gift bag was very nice and the items included are all very useful! Thank you
