Taylor Telephone Cooperative, Inc. was formed in October of 1951. Our purpose then, as it still is today, is to provide high quality telecommunication services to rural West-Central Texas. We provide service to approximately 14 exchanges, covering a 2000 square mile area, including 14 cities and 9 counties. We have successfully deployed fiber to the home (FTTH) to over half of our customers. While it is an extensive and costly undertaking, our goal is to deploy FTTH to all of our customers.

I have had very good service from Taylor Telecom. Speeds are great and the people are fantastic! Everyone is so helpful and responsive, and above all, quick! I'm very grateful. Also, I've been working with Hope on a minor connection move project and she is the bomb. Very supportive and responsive.
Taylor Telecom is awesome at communicating and keeping us informed about upgrades, downtime etc. Tasks are usually completed in a shorter time than what they predict. I seem to always have internet available with no down time. It’s fast, reliable and dependable even during our worst storms when it’s needed the most to keep us informed. Best internet I’ve ever had.
Can’t say enough good things about TaylorTel Internet Service! Since they turned up their fiber service to our neighborhood just West of Tuscola, we have had excellent, fast, and stable Internet. They just just completed another equipment upgrade. They did a good job of notifying everyone that it was going to happen, and did it during the night where it would have very little impact to customers, if any. Everything is back up this AM. They also communicate well with their customers!
The absolute worst experience! If your internet goes down where I live, the 800# tech assure you it’s on your end. But when you contact your neighbor and theirs is down as well???? You later call back and there is a service outage. However diagnostics show up and running good. Explain that one. 3 weekends in a roll.
Absolutely the worst customer customer service I have ever dealt with I have called them about every other day for about a month now to see about getting service to my house and no one there knows if I'm in there service area. They always say they have to get with the technicians and mapping department and they will call me back. And they have never called me back. Probably placed 30 calls and it's always the same story.
