We are so pleased with our service with Taylor Telecom! Not only do we have a very fast speed for an affordable price, we have always had a good experience with their customer service. We were without internet after a storm outage, and Cliff showed up within a very short time of our call. He was polite, extremely helpful and got us back online quickly! It’s so refreshing to have a company that literally is local and able to speak to humans the whole way through. Thank you, Taylor Telecom!
Taylor Telecom has always been wonderful to us! They are always polite and courteous when I call and are quick to resolve any issue that we may have. Their phone I.T. people are very knowledgeable! And shoutout to Chance, their technician, he was awesome! He had us back up and running within just a few minutes. He knew exactly what the problem was and was able to get it taken care of quickly. I take care of several large ranches that are owned by people that live a long ways away. I have a particular ranch that uses Taylor Telcom. We had an issue and Cliff Dye and Michael Wood went out and took a look for me. Well there were some issue that were not related to their equipment. Those guys both went above and beyond the call of duty to get it fixed. They are great. It’s tough to find companies now days that actually want to help. Great job guys thanks again!!!!
Always the best customer service! When my modem went down, they came out the very next day and set up the new one. Today was the drive thru meeting at the Taylor Telcom arena parking lot. It was all set up extremely well. Food was delicious, some free gifts just for showing up, and lots of good people ready and waiting to help if needed. Within 20 min of letting Taylor Tel know of my outage, Cliff showed up. Amazing customer service. He had the problem resolved before Russ even showed up. Thanks Cliff, and Taylor Tel for another great experience, that’s why I would never have anyone else as a provider.
