The service was excellent. Our oven broke a couple of days before Christmas. The service man went out of his way to make sure it was fixed so we could cook our turkey😁. He was extremely pleasant, would highly recommend TCLM.

Mike and Gurpreet were very polite and listened to my issue with the washer. They were able to change one drain pump but still not draining. They called for assistance and within 20 minutes, Tyrone was here to diagnose the issue. Fixed the second drain pump! Was in and out in less than hour. Thank you Tyrone. I got 4 loads done today!

I highly recommend this company for all your appliance repair needs, very professional from the time they quickly answer the phone to the time there on-site technician shows up (shoe covers, polite), ON-TIME per scheduled appointment, and technically skilled repairing ALL BRANDS! They repaired my Blomberg refrigerator and KitchenAid oven all in one easy visit :)

Very good experience with TCLM. They had someone come out within a day or two to diagnose our Ice maker. The tech was very nice and friendly and professional, really knew his stuff! They had a little delay in ordering the part but having been a tech before myself (with computers) I know sometimes there are part delays. Still, within 1 week the ice maker was fixed! They don't charge a second travel rate if they have to come back twice, just the cost of the part. Nice
