I've had their service since 3/2020 and they never disappoint!!! Roger has been a great technician!! Always great service with a smile and I haven't seen any bugs!!! I love these guys!!
Linda and Tyler are fantastic! Linda helped me out with a scheduling issue and even reached out to Tyler while I was on the phone. Tyler came out to service our home promptly and as always did a great job with everything! Both these guys are extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommend Team Pest USA for their prices and customer service!
Curtis has been out here for the past couple of times and he’s been really great! He’s friendly and tells you everything that he’s going to be doing at the time of his visit. Very professional. Good job Curtis!
My experience with Keith was great. He walked me around my house letting me know the major areas that needed to be sprayed. You can just tell when someone cares about there job and he really does take pride in his work. He made sure that we were satisfied before he left. 5 stars for team pest USA and Keith. Keep up the good work
I paid them for a year of service (6 services) and they decided that my contract was too low and wanted to charge me more on the 5th and 6th service. Even when I told them I would be more than happy to resign for another year at a higher price, as long as they honored the remainder of the first contract they basically told me to pound sand. I guess 65 dollars was more important than a new $370 contract
