I cannot express how much I love this company. I am from up north where there are a lot less bugs. When I moved into my home I contracted another pest control company. They could not solve the bug issue I was dealing with and told me I should just get used to it. I have OCD, so seeing bugs in my home was effecting my mental health. Austin is very thorough and explains everything he does: treatments, protocols, even bug behavior. He is knowledgable and patiently answers any questions I have. He offers solutions that may help with my specific issues. Very professional overall!
Will Speight was thorough during the service and inspected every nook and corner of the house. He was very detailed and gave lot of information on how to maintain the house. He graciously answered all the questions we had. Couldn’t ask for more. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
I called Pest USA because I needed my termite stations reinstalled. I had gotten them removed about six months ago because I tried to put in my own “off of Amazon” terminix bait stations. First off, I don’t know what I was thinking because Pest USA inspects your home and they warranty any damage.
