Hayley was extremely helpful explaining the process and getting us started. Ryan was fantastic. He took the time to throughly explain everything to me since i am not from the area and never dealt with bugs like this before. He was patient with my questions and made sure i knew exactly what his process was. The entire team was great. Would highly recommend them.
Each time I interact with someone from Pest USA, they are polite and very helpful. Each team member who has come to my house to do a treatment has been efficient and worked hard to make sure things were done correctly. They explain the type of treatment being performed and make sure all my questions are answered.
Just finished dealing with Austin regarding a spider problem. He couldn't have been nicer. He took the time to thoroughly explain the whys and solutions for treating the problem. We ended up deciding to do a yearly service plan with the company, largely because we were impressed with Austin's knowledge and professionalism!
I have had PEST USA for 5 years. I have never had a complaint. I am extremely happy with the service. Dylan our Tech is wonderful. He takes great care in serving our home. Will Speight is a delight to speak with. He is very informative and knowledgeable about PEST USA. I definitely recommend this company.
I have been using Pest USA since my first spring living in my house, 2017. That spring I was shocked with ants EVERYWHERE in my kitchen. After one treatment, I haven’t had an issue since. They’ve also done termite treatment and prevention. Over the years there has been staff changes however every tech I’ve gotten is nice and respectful.
