I cannot express how much I love this company. I am from up north where there are a lot less bugs. When I moved into my home I contracted another pest control company. They could not solve the bug issue I was dealing with and told me I should just get used to it. I have OCD, so seeing bugs in my home was effecting my mental health. I called Pest USA because I needed my termite stations reinstalled. I had gotten them removed about six months ago because I tried to put in my own “off of Amazon” terminix bait stations. First off, I don’t know what I was thinking because Pest USA inspects your home and they warranty any damage. Will Speight was thorough during the service and inspected every nook and corner of the house. He was very detailed and gave lot of information on how to maintain the house. He graciously answered all the questions we had. Couldn’t ask for more. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
Each time I interact with someone from Pest USA, they are polite and very helpful. Each team member who has come to my house to do a treatment has been efficient and worked hard to make sure things were done correctly. They explain the type of treatment being performed and make sure all my questions are answered.
Hayley was extremely helpful explaining the process and getting us started. Ryan was fantastic. He took the time to throughly explain everything to me since i am not from the area and never dealt with bugs like this before. He was patient with my questions and made sure i knew exactly what his process was. The entire team was great. Would highly recommend them.
