We have used Pest USA for a couple years now. Their service has always been great and very effective. They always communicate and come during their scheduled time. Our current technician, Dylan is very professional and extremely thorough. He always lets me know what he’s doing every step of the way and updates me on any changes. He is very knowledgeable about this industry and answers any questions I have. I highly recommend for pest control.

PestUSA is a good company; I have been with them for about 6 years. But after meeting Will Speight today, PestUSA kicked it up a notch. This man was So knowledgeable, honest, personable, and passionate about his job! He was a tremendous help to me and went over and above by explaining everything he did and the rationale behind it! Not sure if its on our rental agency for filing the wrong type of pest or not, but the lack of urgency is telling. When days matter as the infestation gets worse, they wont even give you a timetable or appointment date. If you need urgent pest control - find somewhere else.
I am not at all happy with their service after one year of service I still have lot of ants,spiders and some other insects I feel their service is not that useful and I am not willing to continue their service any more for termites also
