Justin was our tech and provided above and beyond service to our home. He also takes the time to answer any concerns or questions. This is the company our new home builder had used. The first year of service was GREAT, however management changed, and the people we dealt with this year has been awful. I had complaints about poor service, tech not showing up at appointment (which I had to take off work to let tech into house), showing up late or not at all. Owen Gifford is the Luis Garavito of bugs. I have been unable to sleep for weeks as bugs close in on me from all sides… at this point when the darkness comes I can no longer tell the difference between the bugs and the hallucinations.
