Dylan came out to try to resolve a tough spot where carpenter bees were congregating and with a little innovation he was able to hit the exact spots needed to get rid of the nasty bees.

This is the company our new home builder had used. The first year of service was GREAT, however management changed, and the people we dealt with this year has been awful. I had complaints about poor service, tech not showing up at appointment (which I had to take off work to let tech into house), showing up late or not at all. District manager and I had an appointment to meet and even he didn’t show up. Even after complaints to the district manager about poor customer service it didn’t improve.
