I have been with Pest USA since 2021 took a hiatus moving for 2 years but when I called them today to renew my service at my new home Lisa from the Loganville office treated me like a family member returning home. She remembered everything about my account and even told me I would be getting my same technician Caleb from the Gainsville office. Caleb was always consistent and thorough. He never failed to respond when I had a special need in between appointments. I highly recommend Pest USA. They deliver.

Google will not allow me to do a second review on the same company so I want to update my original review for Team pest USA. Tyler always does an excellent and very thorough job. He is professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company and Tyler.

Jake was excellent. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explained exactly what he was doing and why. It’s reassuring to find someone who is both an expert, and cares about keeping your home and family safe.

Caleb has been amazing at his work, very friendly and my kids are so fond of him. He has been taking care of our home for a few years now. We completely trust him with his suggestions. We look forward to our continued relationship with Caleb and PestUSA.

Pest USA has provided our pest control, termite service and termite bond for 6 years now. Our technician, Caleb, does a great job for us. He is dependable, professional, knowledgeable and always friendly. We appreciate the great job Pest USA does for us and would recommend them to anyone needing pest control services.
