I went in for a deep cleaning and was terrified of going to the dentist, but she was so kind, sweet and thoughtful. I can’t say enough great things about Latrice! She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes me feel comfortable and informed. What I love most is how gentle she is—my cleanings are always thorough but never painful. On top of that, she’s incredibly friendly and has such a calming presence that makes every visit a breeze. If you’re looking for a hygienist who genuinely cares about her patients and their dental health, look no further. She’s the best!
I went to Tend back in January having never gone before. I took off worknin the morning to get a cleaning. After 10 minutes I was told I would need to come back another time in order to have a treatment done before ever even getting the preventative cleaning I scheduled for. This would of been nice to know beforehand so that I did not take off for a 15-minute appointment I rescheduled another date and they quoted me for this "mandatory" preventative work so that I could then get to the cleaning that was covered by my insuran... read more
Before I had my teeth cleaning and 1 cavity filled in May 2023 at Tend in DC, I checked with the front desk and their website that they accept my aetna dental insurance. Therefore I agreed to get my teeth cleaned and cavity fixed (paid $75 after the insurance for the cavity). November 3rd 2023, Tend sent me an email and said that there is a problem with my federal dental insurance (I have this dental insurance since 1998) and I will be responsible for the bills???!!!
