About 2 weeks ago, I found myself in need of an emergency dental appointment due to a broken tooth, and I turned to Tend, where I'm a regular patient, though this was my first time visiting this particular location. I visited Tend Midtown on an emergency basis today and had a lot of reservations because of the reviews and horrible past experiences with dentists. I recently visited Tend Dental and was blown away by the exceptional service and care I received especially from Sidney M.! He adds so much character! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and calming, instantly putting me at ease. Tend is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced. I am usually nervous before an appointment at other dentist offices but they make the experience so relaxing and comfortable. Very friendly and amazing customer service they communicate clearly and directly what to look for . 10/10 Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️
