I had a fantastic experience at Tend today! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The office is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which immediately put me at ease. The staff took the time to explain every step and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. You can really tell they prioritize patient care and comfort. I’m so glad I gave Tend a try—I’ve definitely found my new go-to dentist!
By far the best dental experience I've ever had! Everyone was friendly. The location was very clean. The staff was very informative and was able to answer any questions I had. The only issue I had was that it took an abnormally long time to verify my insurance coverage.
I had a really pleasant experience at the Tend Midtown Atlanta location. The office was really sleek, fresh, and clean. The receptionists were extremely accommodating and explained everything regarding my bill, my next check up, and next steps. The doctor who examined my teeth was very thorough and explained the situation with my teeth in great detail. The dental hygienist was very gentle and gave me various options to make my visit pleasant. I’m really glad to have Tend as my dentist location
10/10 recommend Tend at Midtown! Lisa was ultra prepared and provided exceptional care to me. She helped calm my nerves and I felt very comfortable with her and Dr. Field during an emergency visit. Dr. Kamal Smith (at Ponce) is also excellent. I highly recommend Tend to anyone looking for a new dentist.
On Friday, I broke a filling or tooth while at work. The pain got worse as the day went on. I looked online late that night for a dentist with Sat hours and found an available appointment at Tend. From start to finish, my experience with Tend was first-rate. The studio is beautiful and the people are so kind and helpful. They put me at ease and got me back to an exam room in less than 10 minutes.
