We had a change in our dental coverage and decided to give Tend a try. So glad we did. Not only did we not have any problems with insurance but the experience was amazing. Chelsea was fantastic as was Dr. Joe. It felt like we have been going there for years. The entire staff were super friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend Tend enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, which is rare for me when it comes to dental visits. The receptionist, Keisha, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and comforting. But what really stood out was my experience with my hygienist, Allyson Adams, who is truly heaven-sent. Was initially impressed with their scheduling availability and kindness of the staff about my dental anxiety. Soon became very disappointed with Tend. You can’t call the front desk because you talk to some outsourced call center, so forget calling in to say you’ll be late. I’ve gotten a cavity filled here but the doctor wasn’t able to smooth it down properly. I got a crown and the installation irritated my gums, both of which I’ve had to get fixed by another dentist. I hate going to the dentist as much as I think we all hate going to the dentist, but its a necessary part of life. My wife recommended that I try Tend in East Nashville, and I'm glad that I did. The check -in process was outrageously easy, and my dental hygienist, Ally Adams, was right on time. She welcomed me in, and was efficient while also being extremely caring.
