Local guide. Visited twice and will not return. Service varies based on hygienist and it is questionable. The staff is generally friendly but there are aspects that lack. First visit for dental cleaning, I was there for two hours with a 30 min wait for the dentist to arrive and speak to me for 3 minutes at the end. Just too long. Second visit, I returned because for pregnant patients they only do X-rays after first trimestre. I was told I only had to come in to get the X-rays I couldn’t get during my first appointment. I can't say enough great things about my experience at Tend Post Office Square. Their whole team - from administration/management to the dental staff - truly care and have been so accommodating throughout my entire treatment plan (Invisalign and veneers). The dental team is highly competent and was very thorough at each visit. They really are the best, 10/10 recommend this office to everyone.
The cleanest & most welcoming facility! I have seen two dentists- both were quick, thorough, and communicated with me throughout my visit. Dr. Alexa even hummed (v well!) through my fillings 😂 She took the extra time to floss my fluoride treatment through my teeth, even though it was a particularly busy morning. Also- the toothbrushes in their guest bags are the best. Highly recommend!
Honestly, I wanted to love Tend. It's trendy, captivating, and customized. Unfortunately, it reminds me of a chair that when you look at it from far away looks really great but you sit on it and it falls apart. They have cute zipper bags and everything is modernized, and they let you choose your Netflix show (which after 3 visits, they never actually put on the one I selected). Really nice experience here. I was a little concerned that all the extra perks and comfort features may be surface level since that doesn’t necessarily indicate how good the service will be. But my dentist was 100% competent and capable and the team was really friendly both times I’ve been now. Impressed!
