Outstanding experience! My appointment was on time and everything was explained to me before services were provided. I was especially impressed with their Lead Hygienist (Louis), who was incredibly thorough and a pleasure to deal with. He devoted his full attention to me and I felt like I was the only patient receiving care. So happy to have found a location that I will use as my regular dental provider. Definitely try them out - you'll love it there!
I came to Tend for at least three (3) or four (4) years. It was decent service until this last visit. I came for an infection tooth problem and my brand new crown was cracked during cleaning. Now I believe the other customers bad experience. Staff turnover is ridiculous. Buyer beware or customer beware.
I had worked with Tend in New York for five years and had a very good experience. Unfortunately this has not been true in Boston. I booked an appointment some weeks in advance. A few days before the appointment I got an email saying that it had been cancelled (no apology or explanation) and offering an appointment over a month later. This really isn't the kind of customer experience I would hope for, would have been respectful to have at least given me a call.
Local guide. Visited twice and will not return. Service varies based on hygienist and it is questionable. The staff is generally friendly but there are aspects that lack. First visit for dental cleaning, I was there for two hours with a 30 min wait for the dentist to arrive and speak to me for 3 minutes at the end. Just too long. Second visit, I returned because for pregnant patients they only do X-rays after first trimestre. I was told I only had to come in to get the X-rays I couldn’t get during my first appointment. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter has been going there for the last 18 months to fix some issues & has asked to get a statement from all of her visits & charges for over a month & continues to get a run around. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM & SUPER SHADY. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & STAY AWAY. SUPER EXPENSIVE & LOTS OF ISSUES WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE.
