I had worked with Tend in New York for five years and had a very good experience. Unfortunately this has not been true in Boston. I booked an appointment some weeks in advance. A few days before the appointment I got an email saying that it had been cancelled (no apology or explanation) and offering an appointment over a month later. This really isn't the kind of customer experience I would hope for, would have been respectful to have at least given me a call.

THEY WILL LIE ABOUT COSTS - I’ve heard it from so many people now. Do not be a victim like I was to Tend. If you’d like details on my own personal experience, here you go: I was quoted incorrectly for a $4,000 procedure on Sept 4th 2021 and repeatedly told incorrect information from day 1 when I started my journey with Tend a year ago.
