Robin and Jess were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure me and my fiancé received the BEST customer service EVER!!! We’ve had bad service from the young black lady at the Nolensville Rd location and these young ladies stepped in and resolved the issues that the other young lady caused. Robin and Jess were great!!! They have helped me through a bad situation with another store and then helped me out today. They have went above and beyond and had such great customer service. If you need anything i suggest you go to the charlotte pike store and deal with them.
(THANKS DESIREE) I needed a little end of the month cash and Tennessee Title Loans (Charlotte Pk) was the first place I had in mind, being that I borrowed money from them in the past and I had a good standing with them. Robin & Jess are absolutely the BEST WOMEN EVER. They are patient and understanding and a pleasure to work with. If ever in need of a loan please go here I highly recommend.
Jess was amazing and so down to earth. She doesn’t know how much she helped me and yea I know she doesn’t make the decision but she makes her clients comfortable and at home even if I wasn’t approved I would’ve walked out satisfied. Thank you Jess!!!!!
