Renee was very transparent, with me about all the fees that were associated with my loan amounts. Which amount would be my best option. She was sincere and adamant when telling me to keep in touch and how she will work work with me if I was to not be able to make my payment or whatever for whatever reason that she's more then willing to work with me. I felt like she had been my ppls for for ever now and I see her continuing to be.
