Ladies that worked Saturday August 17th 2024 were the most laziest and unprofessional I've ever seen working there. Told me that I need a bank account to receive a title loan instead of just proof of income. And this was just to get me out of the building because they didn't want to be there 😒. Not my first title loan with them and they say I'm a loyal customer but they have proven otherwise.
This is a group of preditory lenders,They badger you into giving them these good reviews when their customer service stinks.so the majority of the good comments the customer had to post while there before they ever get loans.i have it on video of this Mary lady doing just that.
