I had put in a good review. They did a good job for a few months. Then something drastic happened in my life and I'm late on my payment. They almost got me fired for calling every day. 2 and 3 times a day. Do not use these people. They will drive you absolutely insane. They act like they care. But if you get behind they blow your phone app after you tell them you're gon to take care of it, not like I don't pick the phone up and talk to them. Talk to one of them just Friday and today they're calling. Which is Saturday?
These people are so rude. Anita especially. The way she talks to you comes off very condescending and so rude. I will never use their services again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. They call a million times the day that your payment is due and if you miss the call for whatever reason they start calling everybody and your mama to get a hold of you. It’s just not worth it. It’s beyond debt collecting, they are sharks.
I had a beautiful experience at TN Title Loans today. The ladies in there are very nice and have nice personalities. The woman that approved me is named Anita. I definitely recommend this place.
